I coach and support women who love being active and want to stay active. I’ll help you make sense of what perimenopause and menopause are doing to your body and show you what to do about it, so you can stop guessing and train like the athlete you still are.

For over 11 years I’ve worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, helping more than 300 women build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their bodies. When perimenopause hit, everything changed and I started questioning everything I knew about my body and the active identity I’d built around it.
I realised how many women were struggling through the same thing. I made it my mission to understand what was really happening and now, I help women navigate this transition with strength, clarity, and confidence.
