You’ve always been the one who thrives on challenge. The one who loves the feeling of strength, of pushing your limits, of knowing your body can do hard things.

But lately, it feels like your body has changed the rules. Your body feels unfamiliar. Your training feels harder.

You want to keep showing up, to keep pushing yourself but it feels less natural, less fun and takes a lot more effort. The energy that used to come so easily now flickers. Recovery takes longer, motivation dips.

You’ve tried to keep going, eat well, stay active and positive, but right now your body feels unpredictable and that’s so frustrating.

You worry if this is just how it’s going to be now. You want to feel strong again, clear-headed, and confident in your own skin, but right now it feels like you’re fighting against your own body.

You’ve reached the point where guessing and hoping aren’t enough. It’s time to take action that actually makes a difference.

You don’t need me to tell you this is real. You feel it every day in your energy, your focus, your body that no longer responds the way it used to. You’ve read the articles, tried the advice, and still something feels off. It’s unsettling, because you’ve always known how to take care of yourself, and now it’s like the rules have changed.
And the rules have changed.
You’re in a transition that asks you to listen to your body in a new way. It’s about connecting with the strong, & capable woman you are now becoming. With the right support, you can feel energised and in tune with your body again. You can keep on smashing workouts and races and keep being the awesome athlete you thrive on being.

FOR OVER 11 YEARS I’ve worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, helping more than 300 women build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their bodies. Training was always my anchor, the thing that made me feel most like myself. But when perimenopause hit, everything changed and I started questioning everything I knew about my body and everything I’d built my identity around.
That experience changed everything for me. I realised how many women were quietly struggling through the same thing. I made it my mission to understand what was really happening, earning my menopause coaching certification in 2025. Now, I help women navigate this transition with strength, clarity, and confidence through evidence-based training, nutrition, and mindset support. I want to help you reconnect with your body and rediscover the athlete within.
WORKING WITH ME ISN'T ABOUT QUICK FIXES OR PUSHING HARDER. It’s about slowing down enough to
really listen to your body, understanding what it needs, and building strength from that place. Inside my coaching programme, you’ll find a space that feels supportive, structured, and real - where you can ask questions, share wins, and be reminded that you’re not doing this alone.
I’ll guide you with compassion and straight-talking honesty. We’ll focus on what actually works for you, so you can rebuild confidence in your body and trust in yourself again. It’s steady, sustainable progress; the kind that helps you feel strong, capable and confident both inside and out.
If you’d like to talk through what’s been going on for you and get some personalised guidance, you can book a free clarity call. It’s simply a chance to chat, ask questions, and see what kind of support might help you most - no pressure, no sales pitch.
THE NOT SO OBVIOUS: When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors exploring the Peak District or at home with my partner and our grumpy cat. I’ve lived in a few corners of the world, from the South of France to Scotland, via Romania, Turkey, Hong Kong and New York, and once ran a sightseeing running company in Edinburgh that made it into a Lonely Planet guide.
I’m always up for an adventure, whether that’s trekking in the Arctic, cold plunging in Norway or taking on a new fitness challenge (yes, I’ve done Hyrox!). These days, I also find huge enjoyment in cooking and hiking.
Navigating this new chapter of perimenopause still feels daunting at times, but I truly believe we’re stronger together, and I’m so glad you’re here.
